- - Return steps were unclear and chaotic; I went to the wrong store with my kids.
- - They charge for return shipping and customer service was hard to reach.
Their return policy was fine, but the actual act of return was chaos. I wish they were more clear on steps on what we needed to do in order to return so I wasnt sitting at the wrong store with my two young kids in order to return this product.
Then theyre going to charge more money to ship it back when most things nowadays have free returns.
I will not be doing business with them again. I also wish that I couldve been able to reach out to a customer service representative, I called three times and each time I was on hold I was disconnected within a matter of minutes.
