Question about swim wear
Noone ever answe been trying to can for 2 weeks I do alot of ordering from you at least someone can answer calls

I don’t understand their return and can’t get in contact with them
Their return policy was fine, but the actual act of return was chaos. I wish they were more clear on steps on what we needed to do in order to return so I wasnt sitting at the wrong store with my two young kids in order to return this product.
Then theyre going to charge more money to ship it back when most things nowadays have free returns.
I will not be doing business with them again. I also wish that I couldve been able to reach out to a customer service representative, I called three times and each time I was on hold I was disconnected within a matter of minutes.

Still to no avail, no contact whatsoever from them. They took my money, I didnt get a refund and STILL NO COAT
