Deceptive unethical treatment

My son purchased vehicle 2/13/23. Dealership took down payment told him 2022 kia sorento would be delivered 2/14/23. Sales texted him said manager a lot where car was is off. Delivery 2/15/23 promised. Another text delivery pushed to 2/17/23. Son arrives told finiancing for 2022 kia fell through.?they produced a damaged 2019 kia sorento for approximately same price. They held his 1200.00 down payment, delayed the finiancing issue. Stay out of Fredy kia.
