Absolutely terrible service! I've only posted one yelp review before, and it was a positive review. I felt I needed to post this one. BUYER BEWARE!!! Oscar (store manager) is super nice, friendly, and seemingly easy to work with UNTIL after the sale. I ordered and paid for furniture August 15th. The headboard took months to arrive...okay, out of his control. The nightstand and chest of drawers both arrived damaged....again out of his control. However, it is now December 19th, and the chest of drawers still hasn't been replaced. I spoke with Oscar last week who told me the company would be replacing my chest of drawers. Oscar had told me that the manufacturer had said that replacing the broken drawer glide wouldn't work and that the whole chest needed to be replaced. We scheduled the delivery for today and when the delivery guy showed up, there was no chest. Rather, he showed up with an electric drill/screw driver and a drawer glide. WHAT!! After the delivery guy tried to replace the glide, he told me that the drawer is now cracked. He then suggested that he could bring me another drawer...again, not what the manager or manufacturer had said. I took time out of my day for that? I paid for this furniture 4 months ago. BUYER BEWARE!!!
