In trying to CANCEL my subscription to The Free Lance Star newspaper, I could ONLY reach people outside of the U.S. who could not even provide me with a proper address to send my final payment to.
Each person gave me the address of P.O. Box 4636, Carol Stream. When I asked for WHAT STATE that was in, they did not understand my question. I then asked for the phone number for the newspaper somI could speak with a LIVE human being with this question and some others.
I received no help and my call was terminated twice!
