I was hit by someone (insured by them) running a red light on Nov. 7 2016. On Nov. 17th I was told a check for the car to go to the body shop was sent out. The first week of December came and the check never got here. I had them and my payment was low then went to pay my ins. They said you have to start a new policy and doubled the price there customer service sucks when you call them and ask a question they dont know the answer wow im so glad i didnt have any accident with them when i cxl my poli y they said it would be 3 weeks before i get my money back ***.

I went into Fred Loya months ago to stop the auto draft from my account as my car had been totalled by a neighbor. Today, five months later, I got a text saying they were going to draft the payment out of my account. It's Sunday and they are closed, so tonight they're going to steal $45.00 from me. God forbid you get hit by a Fred Loya insured. I was driving on the highway and some loser kid hits my car from the back. He completely rear ended me. Then trys to flip it on me. Im completely exhausted. Its been almost 4 weeks and still no rental car or liability determination. I'm out of a car and I'm getting cabin fever and super depressed. Very disappointed they leave a lot of details out, when it comes to get approval for a rental car even though you have full coverage

I was hit by their insured and I am having a hard time getting my car fixed. My attorney and my dealership repairman told my how HORRIBLE Fred Loya is as well as others people that have had horrible experiences with them.

Bought a new car went and got insurance on it. Got back to car lot was told need full coverage which they already knew. Went back to get policies switched was told they dont do full coverage. Asked for my money back 220$ i gave in cash. They said it was 50$ to cancel remind u i was only gone for no more then 30 min i said whatever give me my change keep the 50$ i was told i would get a check in the mail. Save yourself the headache lol ive been with fred loya for over 5 years and just out of the blue the give a curiosity call to tell that my premium will be going up from $220 to $300 for full coverage .. I was like wtf really why i asked the agent told me it was because of my address he said i was like my addres has been the same since i signed on with you then he stated that since all insurance companies are going up that that has an effect on...
