Poor Customer service

I dont usually write bad reviews but, THIS IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER. The service department knows nothing about the Pennsylvania Lemon-Law. The service manager favorite words are If I cant hear it, I cant fix it or If I cant see it, theres no problem. This dealership did not perform a 100 point check on my used truck and since I refused the warranty, they tried to take advantage of me to come out of pocket to get it fix. I recently purchased a used Ford F-150 from Fred Beans on Friday, Aug 7, 2020. After 4 days, I returned my truck to the dealership because I was having issues with the breaks, AC, and oil leak. I was told to drop the truck off Friday Aug 14, 2020. On, Monday August 17, 2020; I got a call from Jasmine P in the service department stating that they cant do anything about the AC because it will cost too much to take the dash off, they recently added new breaks to the truck, and theres no visual oil leaks. (So basically they didnt do anything for 3 days while my truck was in the shop) When asked to speak with the service manager, the manager stated that if the truck is a problem, you should just return it then, but Ill not pull the dash off just to check the AC because it will cost too much in labor fees and it will take about 4hrs to complete (meaning, *** not spend couple hundred dollars on a truck that cost almost twenty thousand dollars) After going back and forth with services, I called the sales associate (Sally Falls) and she was able to get the AC issue fix for me. On Thursday Sept 17, 2020, I came home from vacation to find trails of oil leaking all over my driveway. I called the service department and was told to drop the truck off. Friday Sept 18, 2020 I got a call from Jasmine P stating that I have to come out of pocket to get the truck fix because my truck is not under warranty. Even though, this is my second time bringing the truck back in for the same oil leak (the first time was a week after I purchased it). So now, I was forced to get other people involved before they offered to fix my truck for free; Almost 2 weeks now and my vehicle has been in the shop more days than I actually drove it. Its always a bad tension every time I call to check the status on my vehicle. They have no customer service experience/skills. The service department is a ripoff, very unfair, unprofessional, and disloyal. I will never purchase here again. They had me driving around with a vehicle that was a fire hazard by lying to me, refused to fix the issues, and by treating me unfairly. (This review is not towards the dealership as a whole. Sally Falls in sales was great but one department can stop business for all department) Such a shame.

User's recommendation: Know your lemon law policy before buying a new/used vehicle.

Eroded Trust

I came in for a fog light install and was told my radiator of 20000 miles was leaking. I found out mechanics get paid on the number of jobs they do. Remember , I came in with a practically new radiator and left with a damaged one. I lost faith in society . It is extremely difficult to find honest people today. I hope the dishonest all burn in *** or die from a cruel and slow disease.
