  • - Kim, Nissan arbitration rep, will decide the case before arbitration; claim of a defect affecting Nissan's Emergency SOS/Auto Notification System; system allegedly triggered three times before the collision, last 30 minutes prior, with no notification.

rgb(254, 228, 156);">

I have been contacted by Nissan arbitratichon. She (Kim), advised me my case was referred to her.

That she was the one to "decide my case" with Nissan, before going to arbitration as outlined in my contract. She's supposed to call back this week. Until the "defect" is identified and addressed by an independent party, there will be no discussion of any finalization on my part. I'm going to ask Kim to have Nissan authorize and pay for everything.

It's potentially a "defect" that could affect EVERY Nissan with the Automatic Notification System and the "Emergency SOS" feature. I can discuss in greater detail the evidence I have collected to demonstrate that system triggered itself three separate times PRIOR to the collision that same day. Last triggered 30 minutes PRIOR to accident. Why was I not notified?

I would not have let my wife drive that vehicle (would have prevented the accident) if I had. (I have proof of her location during each trigger event).

I really don't know anything about your "organization" but I'm willing to tell this to anyone who will listen and take it seriously.

Call me 828316**** if interested in more details.

Thanx

John

Short Review on September&nbs-04:00;21,&nbs-04:00;2016

Greedy, money hungry animals with no morals or concern. Mr anderson should not be in the car business. Take your car else where for service.

You lie!

AI Highlights
  • - Promised second keys; only valet key provided.
  • - Valet key won’t start the car; ignition key costs $70; arrangement denied.

Alert! Anderson – NISSAN of Asheville, NC 629 Brevard Rd.

28806 – Has poor to no sales integrity and terrible customer service follow up. Background: Purchased a relatively expensive used vehicle ( $26,500 ) and made a verbal agreement with the sales person to get a second set of keys made for this car not a problem. Evidently yes, I have e-mailed and called the sales person several times to get him to follow up on this promise that was made at face value. On my first visit to the dealership after purchasing the vehicle they pretended they did not know what the arrangement was even though it was written up on the work order.

Now on my second visit after having the car in the shop for two weeks they called me telling me that they have taken care of everything and the car is ready to be picked up. To my surprise, they cut a valet key that does not start the car which is completely useless as second set of spare keys apparently the ignition key cost $70 dollars and is microchip in coded. They, actually had the nerve of telling me that this was the agreement made to you by the sales representative. Furthermore, that I didn't know the facts .

Besides, having terrible after sales customer service I find this outfit cheap and petty and having no moral integrity what so ever.
