- - Navigation malfunctioned on a 2023 Sportage with 13,700 miles.
- - Gave Kia Technical Service Bulletin #208; service manager hasn't replied in 2.5 days.
Never heard from them
The service dept.
sent me home with a copy of Kia's "Technical Service Bulletin#208" and told me to follow the instructions.
I called and asked to speak with the service manager and was told he was busy but would call me back...that was two and a half days ago!
I would expect that a vehicle still under the manufacturers warranty would be serviced by their dealer network but guess Fred Anderson Kia service dept. has a different understanding of what constituents customer service.
Preferred solution: Explain to me why the dealer would not address the problem with the navigation system, especially since the car is still under warranty.
