Have a return and cannot figure out no matter what I try just not
Trying to make a return no matter what I look at or try to go into there is nothing on a return other than you shouldnt have worn it. You shouldnt this you shouldnt that and you only have a couple days.

Unable to reach company or customer service for exchange of wrong size
Received purchase after date of delivery. Size was too small.
You have seven days to return, but need to contact the company first to initiate return.
Called several times a day several days in a row and cannot reach anyone in customer service or even have the phone answered by anyone is always busy, unless after hours, then rings and rings, and rings with no messaging. I called an additional phone number that was on the webpage and it is a third-party who takes information and then charges a fee to pass it on to freckled Poppy company along with your credit card numbers no thank you
Obviously I would not recommend purchasing from this company as theres no recourse if you get wrong size have a problem with the order, etc.

Exchange jeans wrong size
I have never been able to reach Freckled Poppy to arrange an exchange for correct size. Im very disappointed in their lack of customer service. Unfortunately, I read all of their negative reviews after I had made the purchase and couldnt contact anyone to make an exchange.

I've reached out to you all 4 times. You claim you delivered my package i have 3 cameras a front and back porch.
I've reviewed all and nothing. I've asked you all what company you used to deliver no response. I've reached out to USPS,UPS & Fed Ex they do not have such a tracking number. You all are not responding and Christmas is almost here this is utterly ridiculous that you all are such a scam.
I will report to.the Better Business bureau.
I've added my order and tracking number to all attempted communications with you all and nothing you leave it to the customer to be the detective and trace all concerns at hand. Pathetic

I ordered 5 pairs of jeans that didn't work. AFTER I returned, they told me the system glitched and they cannot give me my full amount of money back that I paid for the items.
They also wouldnt give me a phone number to speak with anyone. I literally flushed $300 down the toilet.
Horrible horrible horrible service. Horrible.

Their website says 14 days after delivered, not 7. It goes on to list exceptions, no sale items, items with coupon code at/above 30%, mystery items, jewelry, personal care, accessories and anything listed as final sale are not returnable.
