After leaving several message with no help I posted a complaint on Pissedconsumer and got a immediate response back
After posting a complaint on Pissed Consumer, I received a call in less than 30 minutes from Paul. I briefly explained the issue and he asked if I could send my mechanic's invoice to him.
He responded back via text message and said that this would be handled. Thanks
