Bad Service

Had my van in for a misfire. Not only did they fix that they also supposedly did an inspection to ensure my van was safe. So they recommended a valve cover gasket replacement and transmission fluid flush. They had also mentioned that my radiator hoses looked a little rough and to have them checked again at next oil change. So I had them complete all of that, for over $1.200.00 The next day I smell something burning in the van and here the antifreeze tank was empty. Took it back to Frank's to find out my radiator is leaking. Not the hoses but the radiator was cracked!!!! And they could fix it for me for $750.00.. Are you kidding me! So I said no but they still charged me $65.00 to diagnose something they did not see the first time. Makes you wonder if the mechanic might have done this replacing the valve cover gaskets HUMMM!!

Issue is not resolved. Frank's offered to fix my radiator for $400.00 plus.

Proves I was being overcharged the first time.

At this point I don't think I want them touching any of my vehicles. Even after the valve replacement I am still burning oil.
