First, I am in Sierra Leone, West Africa. Shipping was $45.59 for my order.
I ordered the original classic size planner refill and I thought a cover for my planner.
I received a cover too small for my planner. I am sure I ordered what I received.
But when the person was putting my order together and saw the sizes were different, a quick 2-minute email to check on the size difference would have been wonderful customer service.
Could you please check to see if it was my fault?
I would love a basic planner cover to fit my pages. It is so hard without something to put my planner in.
I would bring the new, too small cover into your store in SLC when I return from our LDS mission in March 2027.
We were called to be an MLS Sr. Couple, but were asked to switch to the mission office couple when no one came to replace the office couple. I knew I needed a planner and ordered one, paying the shipping cost.
Please check my order #114-758****-250****; I was trying to get a planner with a cover.
