On the Thursday 30th/10/25 me and my Husband went to Frankie & Benny's he ordered chicken burger i myself ordered calamari after about 20 minutes i started to experience pain in my tummy, I had paracetamol, I told the staff she sent the manager to speak to us Leanne Taylor she took the calamari off the bill. During the whole time I had diarrea n vomiting, 3/4 times Manager advised us to call 111 or go to the nearest chemist which was Boots chemist took my number she said she would call us the next day we'll I'm still waiting!!!

Then i ordered icecream which i was discussed with they were two tiny bits of icecream with sauce i woulnt give that to a baby
The prices you charge for it they should be more
I will never order again iand i will be tell my family &friend not to order it
