E voucher ordered 10 days later still not sent. Despite numerous email and online forms no response back. Call the only number online and they say cant help with uk orders. They still manage to send multiple marketing messages trying to sell me more but cant respond to customer issues. Do not buy from them. This was an E voucher by the way which should just be emailed and Ive lost ยฃ50. Will be claiming through bank. Scam company!

They not only replaced the product, apologized and explained it was an email error, but also sent me a bunch of full size products as another apology. They more than fixed it, they completely went above and beyond.

Crap eye cream. Can't get in touch with ANYONE. Nobody answered S emails, inquires or even the phone. So not ok.

They don't answer their phones. They do not respond to emails. They COMPLETELY IGNORE CUSTOMERS. Over a month I have been trying to contact them. Not a peep back from them. I hope you never have an issue with a product. They are ghosts in the wind.

No response whatsoever

I have been emailing and completing online form since Friday. No one is responding. I bought a skincare set with a neoprene bag. The bag arrived dirty. It is not dust as it will not wipe off. It is a gift for next Tuesday and I cannot possibly give it in this state. I have included photos in my emails. I need a replacement bag asap and not to be ignored. There is no phone number listed to even speak to anyone. For the price of product, customer service is awful.

Preferred solution: Replacement neoprene case by next Tuesday. Complaint raised Friday and no acknowledgement or response. Should have been shipped by now.
