REFUSED TO MAKE AN OFFER ON MY USED CAR

I owned a used Acura RL and was trying to sell it. I took it to the only two Acura dealers in this area, and one was Frank Leta Acura in St. Louis. They said that they could NOT make me an offer, because I did not buy it originally from THEIR dealership. In my 75 years, I have never, ever heard of this. I guess an independent can do anything they want, but they lost me as a customer for life, and I thought others should know about it. Maybe they can have this kind of attitude when business is booming, but good luck when times are tough.
