Franciscan Health - Customer Care Review
I recently went to the new lowell,in franciscan. I was there once before and I live in the same town. I was going for a health assessment for my employer. I got there early and got in pretty fast. I have seen the doctor once before. She comes innto the room with her hand held computer. She is not american and really has a accent hard to understand. She runs through my stuff on the assessment and asks me if I want a bunch of other stuff that wasnt on the assessment. She sounded like a used car salesmen trying to find things she can bill. I didnt get the warm cozy feeling she cared one bit about my health at all. I was really disappointed. I kept looking up at the cross about the door wondering if was going to catch on fire. The doctor had no bed skills or compassion at all....from now on I wll go and drive farther and see another doctor in my network....No wonder our health care system is so screwed up....I felt like I was in an auction house ...doctor was so greedy only caring about what more she can bill...and if I am not mistaken they get like 400.00 for my health assessment paid by my company insurance. Not bad for a half an hours worth of work....NEVER AGAIN HERE.....I know money is what we work for but come on show a little bit of compassion and well being for the patient.....stay away from this place trust me...lowell,in franciscan medical center...
