I never got my order.

I sent an email on Dec 18 n this is what it said: The order number 861**** I havent received. Ive tried to call customer service and no one answers pleasehelp!! I need it for Christmas I have tried to call n call n no one answers. Here it January n still no package has arrived. I want my money back ASAP!!
