The online customer service was not very nice.
I ordered a purse for my daughter for Christmas. I was in Florida at the time that I ordered it but it did not come in time before I left to go north.
I contacted Customer Service and told him that I needed to change the address to my north address, in it hopes I would get it before Christmas. I did not get the order in time for Christmas. I never received the order.
Even though Customer Service told me it was all taken care of that they were able to change the address. After many emails I finally got a refund two months later .

To check on order, the first time I ordered my order was delayed so I reordered and it went through. Now I have 2 orders of the same shipped and received! I only wanted one order.
I ordered necklaces and the shipment said delayed, so the order was not going through so it was canceled, so I thought. So I reordered about a week later and it went through.
Now I received 2 orders of the same, and was charged twice! I do not want both orders of the same thing!

I wanted to cancel my order so I contacted the seller they no answed the phone and after that, they refused to send me a email and ask me why i cancel the order, and then i reply back say i don't wanted it anymore just want to refund back instead

I never got my order.
I sent an email on Dec 18 n this is what it said:
The order number 861**** I havent received. Ive tried to call customer service and no one answers pleasehelp!!
I need it for Christmas
I have tried to call n call n no one answers. Here it January n still no package has arrived.
I want my money back ASAP!!
