- Gift cards no longer accepted; stores have no merchandise.
- LJ and Fashion Valley managers were rude.
- Corporate did not respond or refund store credit.
Tried to redeem my gift card. There is no merchandise left in the store, and they stopped accepting gift cards over a month ago.
The website given in store cases/stretto, etc., for the acquisition is not even a valid site. The store managers of LJ and Fashion Valley were the rudest people I have ever encountered. I went to both stores today. No response from corporate when given the phone number.
Can’t leave a message and no response by several email addresses. No refund was given for the value of my credit. They tell us to call the customer service number, which is not responding on weekdays, and there is no ability to leave a message prior to the closure.
Store associates were terrible. Horrible way to treat customers.

I ordered a purse for my daughter for Christmas. I was in Florida at the time that I ordered it but it did not come in time before I left to go north.
I contacted Customer Service and told him that I needed to change the address to my north address, in it hopes I would get it before Christmas. I did not get the order in time for Christmas. I never received the order.
Even though Customer Service told me it was all taken care of that they were able to change the address. After many emails I finally got a refund two months later .

Verified Reviewer |To check on order, the first time I ordered my order was delayed so I reordered and it went through. Now I have 2 orders of the same shipped and received! I only wanted one order.

I ordered necklaces and the shipment said delayed, so the order was not going through so it was canceled, so I thought. So I reordered about a week later and it went through.
Now I received 2 orders of the same, and was charged twice! I do not want both orders of the same thing!

- They didn't answer the phone and refused to email.
- I told them I want a refund.
I wanted to cancel my order so I contacted the seller they no answed the phone and after that, they refused to send me a email and ask me why i cancel the order, and then i reply back say i don't wanted it anymore just want to refund back instead
