Buying eyeglass frames online is a gamble. Frames Direct has a deceiving return policy of 10% for any returns. Their online photos and descriptions are not very good. The frames I received did not look like the photos on their web site. The over charge and fail to mention that their NAME BRAND lenses (progressives) are the LOWEST quality the Ellisor offers, which offers next to no mid range view ability, upon return (second return) frames direct now has their cheap lenses and my money. Sent photo so they could get pd and they got it wrong. I returned for a partial refund and went to sams club, Sams found that my pd was 34 on the right and 30 on the left. That's why frames direct glasses were very blurry. They just split the total of 64 evenly and so lenses were not the correct distance apart.
