Unhappy experience with Frameo digital frames
Last year, I bought a Frameo digital frame. I prefer to use an SD card instead of emailing low-resolution images to the Frameo server.
Within three days of setting it up, the microSD card became stuck in its slot, rendering the frame useless. A year later, I purchased a second frame, persuaded by the fact that it used a full size SD card, which would be less likely to get stuck. Although my wife really appreciated the gift, she asked me to change the slideshow yesterday, which involves a simple swap of the SD card. That simple act prompted a 'critical error' message, and the frame died.
It was four months old.
Not only is this unacceptable quality, but there is also absolutely no way to contact Frameo to ask for technical support. Never again.

My Frameo stopped working. In order to get help they are asking for money. This is wrong.
Frameo screen went blank in the middle of the day. When asking for help they want money. Wrong, wrong wrong
