Single handedly ruined Christmas
I will update this if FJ responds or offers a solution.
I've received more emails that I can count asking me to purchase more items from this store. Every time I click on something I am sent another email asking if I want to buy it...but they cant fulfil the orders they have.
When I called for an update yesterday asking where my order was (that said it was shipped on December 6th but never shipped...and getting no answer...I was asked if I wanted to purchase yet another candle at $10 off. If they continue to offer discounts they should be able to keep up with the demand. They have loyal customers that have purchased items at FULL PRICE for years and instead of making sure they are taken care of they sell more than you could ever make in time for Christmas, all the while promising it will arrive before Christmas.
I placed my order on November 28th and was told my order shipped on December 6th.
Today is December 13th, I would really like to know when my order will ship. I've sent 4-5 emails asking for an update and have been completely ignored.

CANCEL MY ACCOUNT
I have been sending messages to customer service to cancel my subscription! And again you charged my bank account.
I did talk to someone back in October and told them to cancel. For two months I didnt get charges on my bank acct. Then they started up again!
Cancel my Subscription! And refund would be great.

No refunds
They shipped an item that I did not order and then refused to refund the charge. Their policy is no returns, no refunds.
Customer service said they have no call tags. Call tags are issued by your shipper upon request!

Broken Jewelry
Sent a broken necklace which was supposed to be a birthday gift.ring is missing a prong. This company is going down hill. Makes me want to NEVER order again

Did not receive items
I tried multiple times to receive my items. Never got them, they won't give me my money back, and they just keep saying the items were delivered when they were sent back to the company.
Will not be shopping with them again.
Just absolutely terrible costumer service. Not worth the price either.

Missing Order
I placed an order on June 23rd and received a notification that the order was delivered on Saturday. I never received the item I ordered and have been trying to contact them for the past 2 days without any success.
They don't pick up the phone and they don't respond to emails. This is my first order is my first order with them and the company seems to be a scam.

Cheap rings
I paid $25 for a bath bomb that had a ring inside. With in the first week the ring turned my finger green.
I chose this company thinking the quality of the rings would be better.
I should have just bought one of those $1.00 bath bombs and got the same quality ring. Over priced not worth it
