Order Shipping Issue

I ordered over a week ago and it still hasn't shipped. You can't reach anyone to speak to, only email!
They take their time responding to that too! They have become horrible over the last few years! They started out good, but the shipping and customer service is a joke now. I used to receive my order in about a week.
Now it's going on two. The last time I ordered was about 2 years ago.
They had to partially refund my order because they withheld it from shipping since they were out of stock and didn't even give me the courtesy to let me know until I pressed the issue! Bad business!

I have not received my order

I was told that the address was incorrect and FedEx could not deliver but when I checked to site it was fine. Also why can I not pick my order up at a fedex location near me ?
They took 3/4 payments with giving me my order. If I dont get my order soon, I will ask for a refund.
