Could not edit my order
- - Weird address appeared at payment and I couldn't exit.
- - No phone or live chat; cancellation loop with no response yet.
When I went to pay, some weird address appeared as my address. I wasnt able to exit the address.
Tried to cancel and reorder, as per their instructions, but seemed like an endless loop. There is no phone number you can call. No live chat. Instructions say you can cancel within 3 hrs but No one responded.
We shall see if they do respond so I can correct the address. Or someone gets a nice picture.

I received my order and am very disappointed in it. The picture is of my daughters Black Labrador dog as a gift for her.
The picture has a blue tint with a little black. No idea who's fault but hoping you will give me a full credit and allow me to re-order it from you. I have gotten a number of glass pictures from you over the years and have always been 100% happy with them and want to thank you in advance for your assistance in getting a redo so I can be 100% satisfied.
