Cannot cancel from my mobile

This service sucks. I'm logging into my account to cancel my service and cannot.

All the website does is prompt me to purchase a mobile discount when I try to go to my account section. They were more than happy to text me at 11 PM when I was thinking about getting a subscription, but now that it's 11 PM before it renews, they are missing.

These people are crooks. Their service is just meh, but they are so resoundingly crooked it's audacious.

Hello,

I'm trying to reach someone from customer service department. It is so upsetting that non of the numbers connected to your company work.

I have a question about my account and my recent charges. I would like to export elevation plan but the system doesn't allow me to do it and i can't even upgrade it.

While trying to figure things out I realized that I have been charged $662.00 on August 14th 2024.

I have not autorized that payment and did get confirmation email if I want to keep the membership.

Can somone please call me to help me understand the way you process your accounts?

User's recommendation: It is very hard to talk to anyone in terms of billing issues. Once you subscribe you are on auto pay and they did even informed, reminded that they are about to charge me $620 for next billing circle . My first payment was around $300. There is no one to talk to about it and any other financial questions. Big red flag to me!
