Long, Terrible, no Feed Back

I purchased 2 items from foxy beauty on the 6th April i gave it until 15 June 2017 to follow up 2 months later. got a sorry and that the parcel is in my country they would have followed up but havent heard anything more from them since. 31 july i emailed them again as the parcel has still not landed. still no parcel - no reply from them 14 august this time i had asked for a refund. rather just refund me - no reply from them 7 November i asked again about my order still no reply for them. - still no reply 8 November - i asked if i was going to be getting a reply. - still no reply from their side.
