Don't buy from here

I ordered something around last November or December. It has been one full year, and I still have not received what I ordered. It was supposed to only take a month, then a few months, now the date has been moved to January.

*** want a spirit companion, buying from Foxx Hollow might be an easy way to do it, as she doesn’t ask questions, but you might want to reconsider if you anticipate seeing your companion or knowing anything about them within a year. Initially it took her a full month to get to my order to have my spirits attached to vessels I owned, and only then because I asked for a refund. On her discord, she is constantly offering new spirits and listings and events, yet apparently has hundreds of requests still pending. If you ask her about this, she will have any number of excuses. She doesn’t have time, she needs to make a living, etc, and all but admits to only running the shop for the money while having little intention to actually get orders out. I had no idea about any of this when I purchased a mystery spirit listing. I assumed I would get the information after the transaction was completed, but no, that costs extra. All she told me was the kind of spirit he was- he was a dead human being who died tragically and was given a second chance, yet she had no idea the time or circumstances of his death. On my own, a traumatized dead human would not be a companion I would seek out. I am a death worker, I work enough with dead humans to know that they can be volatile, angry, and potentially not all there depending on the circumstances of their death and the amount of time they have been dead. Meta hadn’t even asked when he died in his vetting process, and said that it was “not relevant.” (by the end of the conversation I had decided to cut my losses and leave the discord, as I had no intention of working with this shop in the future and had no idea this would cut communications between us.) She claims that she has been slowing down on taking orders, but if you’re in her discord she has a stream of events and new listings and even started a new listing where she makes a miniature of your companion, creating even more time and energy when she supposedly has a year’s worth of orders backed up. Not to mention, she has mini sales whenever she’s bored, creating even more of a pile-up of listings to go through. It’s all just excuse after excuse of some reason or other she can’t be professional enough to get her work done on time. (Also you can barely tell in the conversation, but previously she had told me this spirit lived during the French Revolution and then changed her tune to say he was from a parallel dimension. If she can’t even keep this straight, how can she have vetted the spirit properly? It’s all too suspicious) This conversation raised more questions than it answered. As it stands I can’t believe I gave her an extra $20 for information that she should have had ready by the time the listing went up, or at least some basic information to go off of. I doubt the validity of her information, as at this point she can just make anything up she likes, and it seems she can’t even keep basic info straight for more than a month or so. When there are cheaper, more professional shops to choose from, why would you ever choose Foxx Hollow? You might as well shop from *** Hollows.
