I went to a concert at this gambling casino...I couldn't stay to the end because all the vendors were closed so I could get much needed water...I was so thirsty I asked security who were all huddled doing much of nothing where I can get water because I was having an issue afraid I might pass out. They found my urgency non important...one even had the audacity to say I should have purchased a water before the show.
How awful to treat a good customer with blatant rudeness. I looked at the nonworking water fountains which were disgusting. The concert wasn't over but my time was to see the end of Diana Ross because of my emergency to quench my thirst to not pass out. If your fountains can't supply drinking water why couldn't you put complimentary water bottles around the concert arena outside to give customers access?
You do it for Gamblers on the floor but not concert goers? All the vendors had shut down before the show ended. Why? This is not at all customers service based...people have medical conditions and shouldn't be treated like they are a burden when emergencies arise.
Your security did absolutely nothing to offer any help just gave cockey advice. Terrible security service...they were either too busy chatting with work mates or just all together dismissive, hindering any efforts to help. We spend lots of money on these visits to your casino...and they in fact will be far more fewer due to the neglectful nature of your so called"Help" due to this nightmare event. We stayed there as well...and still that's not enough to get proper service?
Ridiculous and an absolute fail when your security is faced with an almost inevitable emergency.. This review will be a public notice...because I would not allow your security personnel to treat anyone I know the same way i was treated. many should know the absolute disregard you have for faithful customers when it comes to your security personnel and the vendors closing down before a show ends.
I owe this to all whom should have transparency on their worth under your care during future concerts or events. Good Day.
- Minimal at best
- Customer service needs revisited
Preferred solution: Change the way you run concerts when customers are in need of access to food and water during the duration of a concert/events.. retrain security to be more compliant to customers needs.

Verified Reviewer | Ledyard, ConnecticutI have a check that bank wouldn't cash. I came here first and was told it's a legit check
My bank has locked acct and will not allow me to do business with them anymore over this
I have been back to Foxwoods, they told me to email a supervisor Muhammad who originally told me that, Yes, the check is legit. But would not cash it, told me I had to deposit it and then when I did they didn’t honor it. And I have tried multiple times to email and call and no one responds
I received a check from Foxwoods, sweeps, raffle, many which Ive entered. I went to Foxwoods to verify check before depositing.
I went to cage supervisor and he validated it and told me to go and deposit said check.
Only to have it taken back and marked fraudulent causing me huge issues, fees, bank not sure if they are going to allow me to bank with them any longer. Im lost what to do

For personal reasons, I have not been able to get to Foxwoods, which is three hours from my home, for a bit over a year. I was planning on stopping there later this month, to play some poker, and give my wife a chance at the spa.
She has been in and out of hospitals Since last July. I was surprised to see my points have been zeroed out. I understand there is a policy, but Ive been a loyal customer since 2006. The points represented over 200 hours of my playing there.
What incentive is there in taking away something I both earned and which is an incentive for me to return? It costs Foxwoods nothing to leave them alone. I was told I needed to come in and play another 10+ hours to get them back - which right now is a challenge for me.
When I mentioned that I could go down the street to Mohegan, they basically said go ahead. After 17 years of playing there, Id have expected a little more.
User's recommendation: Find somewhere else to play- There are better poker rooms nearby
I have a check that bank wouldn't cash. I came here first and was told it's a legit check
I received a piece of mail mid October 2022. When I opened the envelope, inside was a check made out to me for the amount of $2,850.00.
I almost instantly started to cry. As everyones is, life, as of late, had become quite difficult and the amount of relief 3k would bring, it may as well have been $30k. So? I brought the check to Foxwoods where the cage supervisor says its legit but I need to deposit it in my bank account.
So. I did and they didnt. 3 days later my bank takes it back, tell me its fraudulent/fictitious, and I am now risking losing my account and they charged me return fee after Foxwoods supervisors assured me i was all set.
Lets kick a man while hes down? Ya?
User's recommendation: No idea
I was disgusted at the long waits to check in, etc. and the room shower was broken

And, shower didn't work property and water got everywhere.

- Shower head and control was not functioning right
- Pricey and long check in lines and they did not care
Preferred solution: Full refund

Called and the talking speed was undecipherable. I had to l get my wife to listen to the 3rd and 4th calls to get the correct email address.
TOO QUICKLY SPOKEN AND NO THOUGHT TO AN F AS IN FRANK OR AN S AS IN SAM.
Someone from managment should listen to the voice message that all customers have to listen to and then write down the info. It's ridiculous.
Preferred solution: A change in their voice mail, which was listened to by a member of management and signed off on it's use, AFTER THEY HAVE ACTUALLY LISTENED TO IT!
User's recommendation: If no one is there when you call don't even listen. Its a waste of your time. Call back during the day, if they are open. Cause they don't give the hours that someone is there.
