First time customer and REMOVED from their client list and wait til you hear why!

Last week I had a visit set up for the afternoon, they said somewhere between 1 and 3 pm. So no way to know WHEN the Vet would actually get here. I own a Farm with 4 horses, chickens and about 20 goats...so a pretty good solid client to have right? Kat Ruzkins came highly recommended in the large animal community so I chose a FIRST time visit with her. She arrived and I was JUST finishing a half a ham sandwich. I told her I would be right out i just had to finish 2 bites. I grabbed my halters, a bucket (took me a minute to find a bucket) but I was out in about 7 mins. She told her WHOLE office I made her wait in my driveway while I ate my lunch! None of that was remotely close to reality...she made it sound like she waited for 20 mins in my driveway! THEN she showed everyone in management at least the text I sent her after she performed my visit (I should say half my visit, which I will explain later) - VERY unprofessional and immature. This was confirmed today when I called up and spoke with a Dr Beth Macovy who I was directed to speak with by someone else who apparently knew who I was. I am a FIRST time client but the whole office knows who I am?? Come on...Kat OBVIOUSLY said HORRIBLE things about me to her co-workers...and WHY?? ALL I did was text her and ask if she would please waive my next Farm visit (I explained what happened to another Farmer and she recommended I do that after she heard how my visit went)...and I told her that being a first time client I felt it was rude that she cut me off in the middle of me going over what I needed done that day. She then proceeded to tell me she was in a hurry, had to go breed some mares that afternoon and we needed to get this visit moving along and she wouldn't have time to do much today!! I was STUNNED!! Aren't I the client?? Aren't they here to take my money and COMPLETE their services for me?? She only cleaned my gelding sheath, gave 4 vaccines to 4 horses and that was it! I had a goat herd that needed tending to BADLY and she refused and said she needed to get to next appt. So I called the office that afternoon and paid my bill. THEN...I sent Kat, the young Vet a text message bc she prefers that mode of communication and I told her how she made ME feel that day and asked for a Farm Svc fee to be knocked off next visit since my visit was NOT completed the FIRST TIME. No big deal...I feel that was a normal request and I was NOT rude or nasty just simply told her how that felt to me. APPARENTLY - according to Dr Macovy, Kat has PTSD (so do I but I would never have reacted in such a childish manner) and so they refunded my whole visit and she noe REFUSES to see my animals!! UNBELIEVABLE!! Isn't the client ALWAYS right? Even if they are not exactly right? Isn't that the "PROFESSIONAL" way yo handle BUSINESS?? I am just dumbfounded by the WHOLE thing. Dr Macovy made me out to be some horrible, rude person who hurt poor Kat's feelings!! I TOLD Beth Macovy that it was no big deal, heck I told Kat that too days ago...i JUST wanted a Farm Visit fee removed since my visit didn't get completed!! Unreal. I think this office needs a reality check and needs to reevaluate HOW they treat mew customers because what happened here was COMPLETELY UNWARRANTED AND UNNECESSARY!!
