Went to fox Berkshire in Reading Pa and I got told to call and get a refund for my tickets and had to purchase more tickets can I please get my three tickets refunded?

No one picked up
I was charged for tickets I didnt order for seats I didnt choose on a date I didnt pick. I wanted a refund or exchange
Preferred solution: An exchange of tickets for ones I actually wanted to order. The website kept telling me there was an error then all of the sudden I got tickets for a complete different movie I picked
