I am currently fighting for the title of my home which I bought free an ex clear of a mortgage in 2013. My deed was transferred to an LLC using a fake owner and fake address by the county tax director after an alledged tax sale on 12/19/16. The transfer was concealed from me for more than two years in a court owners have one yr to contest and get their homes returned. Ed Hayes was hired by Nathan and Ana Krauthamer after their previous attorney suddenly was no longer representing them. Ed Hayes has entered documents never seen before. He bullied me as a pro se defendant when I was left without any options but to fight for my home worth more than $750K. My home is modified for my adult son in a wheelchair. My son was under the medical team at university of Penn to have a baclofen pump and spinal catheter removed due to life threatening complications. Two weeks before a bench trial we found out that my son needed surgery to remove the pump on 11/13. The hearing was scheduled for 11/16. I had requested a continuance in October due to critical medical care and this was only the 2nd. Ed Hayes wrote a letter to the judge (who he had ex parte commutation with) telling the judge I was using my son's"condition" to delay the inevitable. (being evicted from my home by his client. His client Nathan Krauthamer used counterfeit checks which he presented to the tax office and they bounced. He transferred my tax bills to an undeliverable address. He executed a mortgage on my home three days before an alledged bid in the exact amount of the bid with Stone bay holdings.

Ed Hayes has used documents he knows are fraudulent in Court with Judge Verwey who allowed the fraud, even acknowledged the fraud. He grabbed quiet title and I received an eviction notice on 1/3/24. I went to PNC after I finally received copies of the checks at which time I found out about the counterfeit. Ed Hayes KNOWING HIS CLIENT IS A CRIMINAL IS STILL TRYING TO EVICY EVEN WITH ENDLESS EVIDENCE MY DEED WAS STOLEN. I am still in my home was and I will remain in my home because this home allows me to care for my son. There is SO MUCH MORE TO THIS ISSUE, but the main issue is there WAS NEVER A LIEN AND MY TAXES WERE OVERPAID. COUNTERFEIT CHECKS DO NOT BUY A HOME! Now Ed Hayes is demanding funds considered an OVERAGE from a non existent sale and counterfeit checks and is trying to garnish my bank accounts and throw me andy son on the street but claims he is sympathetic to his needs. The man has no soul and no conscious. I wish I could cover it all here on this complaint but it is bottomless. There is a Facebook group called Chester County Property Rights about my home with more than 170 members, it gives a lot more detail if anyone wishes to know more.
