- Returns offered no extra help; only tracking option was $10 Priority Shipping.
We've spent hundreds of dollars with this company - no more. Ordered two pair of socks, both pairs were mismarked sizes with incredible levels of unadvertised compression.
In short, they were unwearable.
Back and forth with a CS representative who offered nothing extra for my returning them, $10.00 Priority Shipping being my only option for tracking.
FWIW, I wrote a review that was never published. My 1st clue should have been all of the 5-star accolades.
