They used pressure tactics when the salesman came. No brochure, lots of great offers but you must sign up today.
Gave deceptive information and when you have issues, good luck getting in touch! Their customer service line NEVER answers, if you wait they tell you to press 9 and they'll call you back. If you stay on, they come back and tell you that if you want to talk with a person to press * and when you do you're disconnected!
They don't answer their calls likely because they have so many complaint calls coming through! This company is a total scam...and when you finally get them to cancel your account they charge you to do it!
