Do NOT use this company to move! Very Unprofessional!!!
I was TERRIBLY disappointed!! The gal who took the appointment was super nice (she had only been there a few months).
The 3 movers were AWFUL!!! To begin, the office miscommunicated they they were to pack, deliver and unpack. They arrived without boxes and then took an hour to go retrieve.First they left the first location without picking up the rest of the items and had to call them to come back (after their complaining), then they unceremoniously piled boxes in the garage which were mislabeled and refused to take items upstairs! They did NO unpack anything!
They did not complete the job they were hired to do!! Then AGAIN they left without telling me which TV had which cable box and identify the cords for the electronics or put the items in the rooms told to them! I asked the company to send them back or at least call me.
They refused saying I would have to pay more for that! Are you FREAKIN kidding!!!

iT'S A CRIME ? for a Co.
of general business to Scam people ? .. There is a Co. in Nashville that is Scamming and Ileagally keeping peoples belongings in a Storage Unit ..by telling them lies .and as they were going to retrieve there belongings.They were told that they they could not pick up their things until the BOSS ,, CAME BACK FROM HIS VACATION ...?
REALLY ?? and the people that had come a long way fro Fl. was there a week and a Half ,,as they had plenty of time to get there belongings down from the high stacked BOX Crates it was all stored in .The manager had told the Person who owned the stuff ,,,They couldn't get the belongings down and ready because the BOSS //// , was out of town on Vacation . REALLY ?
) ( HOW CAN THEY RUN A BUSINESS LIKE THAT ? ?? HAH ) AND ALSO ,,,SHE> THE MANAGER DIDN'T KNOW THE CRATE NUMBER EITHER ?? BECAUSE HER BOSS WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO KNEW THE CRATE NO.
?? , and I had to leave,before he back.to Fl & they would not get another person to get a fork lift and get my stuff ..WRONG) why ,,and how can a Business run it like that ? HOW .... AND .
I WAS ALL PAID UP AT THE TIME ...Now It's a year and a half of payments ,,plus a few Months behind ,,because times are rough , now an Now Im threatened I'll lose all...... don't ya think that's how the count on this ?? an they in th mean time made all those monthy pmts. plus now are ready to sell my belongings ??
....I call it a scam .... if of intent to STEAL ........THIEFS ...
