I traded in my newer car for an older used

car. Fox Ford sold me a car that broke down in less than an hour leaving me stranded.

Despite not finalizing the sale with signatures, my trade in was listed immediately on their website for $3,000 more than trade in value. I was given a loner for 2 weeks while

waiting on the replacement part that ended up not being available. My old car was returned and the deal was terminated (sucks but is what it is). However, upon receiving my car back from the dealer, my license plate was missing, my stereo was completely broke,

glass visible on the dash and confirmed by sales reps of Fox.

After a week of deliberation (although I was told by two managers 1 day they would have resolved) my car was agreed to be fixed. Through all the back and fourth (providing part replacement quotes),

on today 12/14/21, my car was finally fixed at a professional dealer, not Fox (The date I traded my car at Fox was on 10/27/21). So, did Fox rightfully get this fixed For free??? Absolutely not.

Shannon (Gen Manager) at Fox not only told us they would not cover

the labor (note: you do not pay for labor unless the work has been performed* tip for you managers that dont know your job) to install the broke part THEY BROKE. Fox was contacted and discussed over the phone with the good dealer to confirm labor would

be charged after the work was done. On the phone, Shannon was so rude to my wife I was bombarded by calls of her crying upset the way she was talked to. I will be sending an appeal to this added cost that is clearly not mine.

The team at FOX Ford simply sucks,

plain and simple. Trey was great with sales, the rest of the management team at this dealer are crooks. Over 1.5 months later I have my car back. How this took this long is beyond my belief.

At this point in time its not even about the money or the cars or

the parts, its about customer service, being human and speaking to customers with respect and kindness (speaks volumes for a man on the phone down talking rudely to my wife. Id love to see how he would talk man to man in person let me know when?). Does your

entire organization treat all women this way since majority of your employees and management team are men!? Strange fact.

To all you car buyers reading this, my story is factual.

I have all the paperwork, timelines and recorded phone calls

For those of you reading this, look at majority of the online reviews, 1-3 low star

ratings are women. Strange
