5 years of heavy riding, it finally died. Very happy with it and the friendly service.
The shaft broke, and the oil leaked out while riding on the trail. Managed to get back anyway. The bike was rideable but very bouncy. Oil leaked onto my water bottle, so no water until I got back to the lot.
At home, I pulled it apart, thinking it might just be a seal I could replace. No such luck.
