We bought a 2019 Nissan Sentra and Eddy at M and M Investments told us that the car had been stolen and was found after the car had already been reimbursed for. When we got home with the title learned that it had been flooded. Trying to contact Eddy has not been very helpful.

On Monday September 18th, I went into the office to speak to Veronica on the amount of rent that I was charged for September rent of $1,746.32. The amount that was said I owe wasnt for negotiation and the only way to stop the attorneys from proceeding a eviction was to pay $1,000 by Tuesday September 19th and the $746.32 plus attorney fees by Friday, September 22nd.
The next day after making that payment, I spoke with Veronica in the office about the amount being incorrect which she then corrected the amount to be $1,427.29 and took off the court fees as well. She then wrote up a new contract on my summary sheet I asked her to give me another day to overlook everything before signing. Thats when she sent me a email to be in her office by 9:00am. I agreed and was there waiting on her arrival when a coworker decided to give her a call to remind her.
She asked if I could give her 30 minutes to get there. I said no I have to be on my way for work. While I was at work I received a email from Veronica to her attorney and I stating that she doesnt want to hear a presentation from me and all tenants questions be referred to Dees Attorney. She also stated that if my $427.29 isnt paid by Friday they will continue with my case.
I paid $1,427.29 in full by Friday with receipts and pictures proving it. About a week later we were served papers on proceeding with the case. I made it to my court date on Tuesday October 24th at 9:00am just for court to be canceled. I then found out that everyone that was waiting on court had the same situation as myself.
This lady on a oxygen machine named Melonie stated that she was one day late due to her being hospitalized. Is now facing an eviction notice even after trying to get in contact with them to make a payment because the portal wasnt working properly and they never answer the phone . We agreed that the property management isnt taking any phone calls and refused to work with anyone that they feel is uncooperative to them. I felt like I was stereotyped due to the fact that I was asked if I could afford this place with my answer being yes or no.
Right before seeing her, another black woman who sits outside her window stated to me that If she knew that I couldnt afford this place she wouldnt have given it to me in the first place after asking if I could afford this place. I asked to speak a higher up manager that stereotyped me personally by saying that she knows that this is my first time having an apartment but she will explain that no one gets out of paying a move in fee. I clearly stated that she must think Im someone else due to the fact that I lived in my last home for eight years as a responsible woman taking care of my bills and all for the last eight years. We only had to move out because of our illness to black mold that caused my family and I to keep receiving medical attention.
That is only treatable when not around mold anymore. Shen then she also asked me if I was a woman that came in with my mother about the same situation when I explained that my mother was at home battling cancer in Illinois. I stand alone. I then questioned them on why there is a charge for me to have a washer and dryer when I have my own and others are provided with washer and dryer hookups paying the same fee.
The maintenance men stated that I wasnt supposed to be charged due to not me having my own washer and dryer. She stated that they were charging me for the hookups. She also stated that I was bad at math because their amount that they say I owe wasnt what I felt I owe. I had realized that they didnt want to honor my $800 credit move in special to my credit.
Once I showed them a email that they sent to me that I qualify for it. Thats where that $1,746.32 subtracted by my rent $1515.00 leaving us with the amount of $231.32 remaining as a late fee which that same summary provided by Veronica states $146.00 to be the late fee then from a email from her stating the consent from her to pay $1,690.00 by October minus the $1515.00 for rent to equal out the late fees of $175. She once stated to me that she never told me that my late fees was the amount of $175. On top of all of that there was mold found on the shelf in the freezer, mold under the kitchen sink, mold under bathroom sink, mold in shower rails, and in my bathroom vents.
In both bathrooms had drainage issues in my sink, tub, and shower. My shower head wont stop leaking, paint in the bottom of my bathroom tub and on rails. We just found out that we will continue having plumbing issues due to the fact that we have *** in the middle of the pipes that is filled with mud by the maintenance man by the name of Dre, we had a crack in the microwave, a yellow ring on the bathroom ceiling which was told by Dre that there was a leak from the upstairs bathroom that leaked into mine, roaches coming in the front door seen by Dre, stuff was left in the cabinets, master bedroom door has a hard time opening and closing. My youngest daughter had a panic attack trying to get out the master bathroom because they put the locks in wrong.
What she knew to be unlocked was actually locked. This isnt the apartment that I was shown to have placed my deposit on they had to ask another tenant if they would move in at a later date so I could have the apartment now and they agreed. I believe they lied to me and that someone just moved out of this apartment that was never shown to me. I felt like they saw me as a young mother that would just accept anything because the apartment I agreed to had new appliances and was remodeled this is why I was told I didnt have to pay a move in fee that Im being charged with now.

Preferred solution: A compensation for pain and suffering. They placed me inside of this apartment that needs work, just to force me right out with the wrong payment summary. They don’t answer the phones and very nasty when concerns on your account don’t add up.

Calling about a being so rude and unprofessional funeral home
Hello I was calling today about Cloras funeral home my daughter passed away on November 2. Ive been trying to deal with corpus funeral home since then Ive been trying to get my daughters remains and my refine from them all Ive been getting from November 30 from Nem the run around they passing the buck off on everyone but taking responsibility for their own actions, they spell her name wrong on her remains they tell me the correct spelling was going to be right when I picked up her remains they were still spelt wrong now here it is January 9.
Ive been calling and calling all Ive been getting is rude people and the buck passed off to someone else .
The father in the sun has been really really rude to me and I would like to report them. This is a very bad issue when dealing with someones loved ones.
