FOUR WINDS HOTTUB IS YARD ORNAMENT

I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW FOUR WINDS HOTTUB AND HAD IT DELIVERED. THE UNIT IS LESS THEN 6 MONTHS OLD AND ONLY WORKED 2 MONTHS.

THE UNIT STARTED UP GREAT AND THEN SHORTLY AFTER I NOTICED A LEAK. AT FIRST I WAITED TWO WEEKS AND NOTICED THE LEAK WAS GETTING WORSE. I CALLED THE BUSINESS THAT SOLD IT TO ME AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND SOMEONE OUT. AFTER TWO WEEKS I CALLED BACK AND THEY ASKED ME A FEW QUESTIONS.

I TOLD THEM IT SEEMED LIKE THE SECOND PUMP WASNT WORKING SO THEY SAID THEY WOULD ORDER THE PUMP. AFTER 1.5 MONTHS OF WAITING THEY SENTOUT A GUY AND IT WAS THE WRONG PUMP. THEY LEFT AND SAID THEY WOULD ORDER THE NEW ONE. AS A COURTESY THEY SENT A COMPANY TO COME FIX MY LEAKS.

THEY FOUND ONE OF THE 2.5 INCH LINES COMPLETELY COLLAPSED AND SAID THEY WOULD HAVE TO REPIPE THE UNIT. HE IMPLIED IT WAS ME. I WORK IN PLUMBING AND I KNOW THAT THE PUMP CANNOT SUCK CLOSED A PVC PIPE. NOW IT HAS BEEN ANOTHER TWO WEEKS AND STILL NO HOTTUB.

SO FAR WE HAVE OWNED THIS HOTTUB FOR 6 MONTHS AND IT HAS ONLY RAN FOR 2 OF THOSE.

BUY ANY THING OTHER THAN FOUR WINDS. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE AND THE WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS IS SOMETHING YOU DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH
