Do not fill out an application!!! They take it and tell you they will run it and get back with you. They dont tell you they have 50 applicants per house and pick who they want. Its a waste of time and money

Dishonest to say the least
To claim that this company is dishonest and will find any way possible to get your money and not live up to their obligations is a gross understatement. Renting a property from them for three years I had a problem with them from day one. After working for two days after move out on cleaning the house, leaving it in as good or better condition than it was when we moved in, they charged us for problems that they were supposed to fix under their agreement with the home owner. If you have pets, they require an extremely high pet deposit and they pocket the money instead of using it as a security deposit intended for any repairs needed due to animals. We had two things that were pet related issues that came in way less than the deposit for the pets but they still refused to give us the security deposit back in full. Furthermore they made up false problems to justify keeping our more of deposit. They charged false late fees without telling us, then turned around and charged late fees on the late fees and only made mention of the fees when the fees accumulated to be equal to almost a month s worth of rent. When the time came for contract renewal they did not renew our contract and then turned around and told the home owner that they did. This was all done while in their world we were considered good tenants !!! I cannot say this with enough emphasis, DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. If you do, you will regret it!!!

pets usually require more cleaning more repair after moving hence the deposit. late fees happen when rent is not received on time. I have used this company for 30 years and have had no complaints from any of my renters or from me!
