i work literally 24 hours a day 6 ds a week so I am going to try to get to post this week. I see that several of the trees are very literally dead and one was not the substitution but the tree that was sent bare root and just sitting on top of everything else.
I will pull that up and send back as well. I am letting you know that I might not get this back as soon as I would like but I am certainly going to try even though I had ordered these things many months before they arrived!!!!! I will not only expect a refund for the trees and things that did not arrive or arrived dead but for the shipping and the almond tree that I received a notice for about one month ago and the check never arrived!

i sent back most of my order to you because the items were dead or you had substituted unwanted trees for what I had ordered. it took several months to even get the order and i was told when i contacted you that it was normal when orders were done late!
I had done my order in spring!
I paid for return postage as well and I had a letter from your company stating that you were going to send a check for a little over 12 dollars for an almond tree that was no longer available and NEVER received that either. Since the order was returned, all of the strawberries died, they were not healthy looking to begin with and one more of the trees the 5 peach tree has died. I want a full refund!
I have waited long enough. I also want refund for the shipping!

I ordered #626042 on 4/24/2021. It is now 6/20/2021 and i have not received the order.
I would like a refund of $76.56 for the order.
It is too late for me to plant these items now, I have had no information from Four Season about my order. Thank you for any help in this matter.

Have not received March order.
Four Season reached out to me telling me that workers are out in the field. As soon as available, they will send.
They also sent plant fertilizer and animal repellent immediately. That I received.

Terrible customer service
If I could give 1/2 Star I would. I ordered in early March.
Attempted to call for 7 days straight, only busy signal. Several email sent. Found Alternate phone number with the same results. I requested a payment protest through the credit card, that was when I received the 1st response to my complaints.
After requesting the order cancel for non-delivery, they claimed the order had been shipped. After another 10 days, I received a bag full of DEAD plants. They were dried out, some with some dry dirt others just dried brown plants in a plastic bag. I returned them all in the original package.
This company has HORRIBLE customer service.
I live in Georgia but I plan to go to Illinois to file a complaint against this company. Terrible customer service

My order has not arrived in time to plant most items.I have tried to contact your company for the last 3 weeks but have had no luck. We have ordered from you before and never had this problem.

Cancel order
I finally did get an email and it said they would do their best to cancel. So in the meantime, I cancelled my credit card and got a new one.
Pissed off customer wording is not appropriate.

Run around service for replacement
I ordered some plants from Four Seasons and most were dead when they arrived. I then wrote Customer Service for replacements with the correct forms.
They told me to pay for the Fed Ex fee which I did.
After a week of waiting nothing came so I called Customer Service and they told me to call again. I said this is round around service.

Did not get what I ordered
If I wanted Black cherry trees I would of ordered them. If I wanted Pholox I would of ordered them.
I wanted Hollyhocks. I do not want this order.

Lengthy wait for Refund
Four Seasons Nursery, (Bloomingdale, IL) received a @$30.00 order in August from me. On 9/29 I inquired why I had not received the plants.
They advised it was shipped on 9/4/08 and that I should wait until 10/4 - if not received by then they'd trace it. It did not come and by then I said it was too late in season to plant here in NY and I wanted a refund. They indicated they'd put a trace on it and they could not cancel order ('cause it had been shipped already) and that if I received it I could not refuse it! Even after I complained that I wanted a name of a person to address a letter to I got no response for her, Ms.
Grace Avery.
Instead they send a credit voucher! I have returned it along with the dead plants that ironically did arrive on 10/28/08 in a return, receipt requested package, but still have not had my credit account purchase adjusted!

Where do you work and provide weekly pay stubs. I want to see 144 hours a week.
