Ladies and Gentlemen Group Leaders - CASCADE INVESTMENT - KINGDOM HOTELS INTERNATIONAL, As of August 01, 2020, we have entered into a moral contract binding the various parties mentioned here: - Fours Seasons Hotel located in the Cap Gammarth Tourist Zone 1057- La Marsa Tunis Tunisia Firstly And our company - Company Cercina Fleet Sarl located at 08, Rue El Wifak -2080- Ariana Tunisie and of which We are the undersigned. On the other hand Whose purpose is: The provision by our company of a team of independent Taxis, made up of 15 units and belonging to our fleet and managed by our company, at the service of your hotel unit Four Seasons Tunis, for the needs of your customers in taxis 24 hours a day.
24 and 7/7 and we established a Pricing after approval of your manager Mr. Mohamed Saiid who was the manager of the hotel side at the time, for the different destinations in Greater Tunis. The concierge of the Four Seasons Hotel Tunis contacts us through the WHATSUP application to place taxi orders for the needs of your customers and our operators contact one of our taxis, which are usually parked around your unit, and sending it to your customer from or to your Hotel. In return, the Four Seasons Hotel will be entitled to a 20% commission, which will be paid monthly, on the turnover of the services provided by our taxis.
One of our taxis is responsible for controlling the flow of orders in the field. At the beginning of each month, Cercina Fleet Sarl; sending by e-mail, a detailed history (order dates, departure addresses, destinations and amount of the race according to the pre-established pricing) of the various services that have been performed throughout the past month by our taxis, for verification and validation by hotel concierge services. On the total amount of the turnover of the services provided, your hotel receives 20% commission. This amount is paid at the beginning of each month to the Finance Department of your Unit in Tunis, which issues us a receipt and an invoice in due form.
This lasted from August 2020 to March 30, 2022 and for the duration of the corana virus (Covid 19) pandemic. On March 30, 2022 a dispute between two of our taxis broke out and a complaint was filed with the marsa region police station service and the latter summoned the Director of Safety & Security, Safety & Security of the hotel in the person of Mr. Khaled Telli to have him explain and/or have him justify the pricing that the taxi drivers exercise and the 20% commission that the hotel received from us. We contacted the same day, 03/30/2022, by telephone, your security manager who called us to an emergency meeting in your hotel and it was in the presence of Mrs.
Fadia Mokadmi Head Concierge, Rooms Four Seasons Hotel. And we have come to the conclusion that a written contract will be signed between our two companies and he has instructed Mrs. Fadia Mokadmi Head Concierge, Rooms of the Four Seasons Hotel to prepare it. Something we requested by email twice during the first half of April 2022.
Towards the end of April 2022, Mrs. Fadya Mokadmi informed us by telephone that nothing will be changed and that we will continue to work as before. That said, History at the beginning of each month, verification and validation of the races by your services, payment of the amount of commissions due to the hotel through our company, each beginning of the month and invoice issued by the Financial Department. On July 27, 2022, one of our taxis and manager in the field, was denied access to the hotel without giving him the reasons for this ban, the latter contacted us to inform following and us this we tried in real time to contact the security manager but the latter was unreachable. But here it is after a few hours, he sent us an SMS by which he informs us that he is sick and in the clinic and that we can have a meeting on Monday 01/08/2022. A few hours later, he sends us an e-mail by which he informs us that the moral contract between our two identities is terminated and will no longer be in force and that our collaboration was illegal. Here are his writings that you will find in the email he sent to us: “To conclude, the decision of the general management of the hotel and to stop the illegal service relationship which has lasted a certain important time with our hotel is a decision without return.
» So, we demanded the full restitution of all the sums of commissions that we paid to the hotel from August 2020 to June 2022 since our relationship is illegal. On 08/01/2022; Mr. Mohammad Soboh Assistant Director of Rooms of the hotel, invites us to a meeting for 08/02/2022 at 4:00 p.m. (HL) in your hotel.
Were present Messrs. Mohammad Soboh Assistant Director of Rooms and Khaled Telli Director of Safety & Security, Safety & Security. After discussion which lasted 50 minutes, Our two interlocutors (Misters Mohammad Soboh and Khaled Telli) confirm the termination of the moral contract and categorically deny that the hotel received commissions from our company that we have always paid into the Hotel's account. And of which we have all the original and supporting documents in this sense, namely : - All history from August 2020 to 06/30/2022; that we regularly send to the hotel concierge service at the following e-mail address: fadia.mokadmi@***.com; - All receipts for commission payments made by us from 08/01/2020 to 06/30/2022 signed and bearing the stamp of your hotel ; - All invoices signed, stamped and issued by the Financial Department from 08/01/2020 to 03/31/2022 - All correspondence with Mr.
Khaled Telli and Mr. Mohamed Soboh relating to our complaints about the contract; - The contract termination e-mail from the security manager of the Four Seasons hotel Our request is as follows: Since the termination of the contract was unilateral and without notice and that the professional relationship that "Bound" us is outside the law, we request the full restitution of the commissions paid by our company to the hotel during the period mentioned below (attachments supporting). Failure to comply with the obligations binding us imposes this formal notice on us. We urge you, therefore, to regularize the litigation mentioned below In the event that you do not react to this formal notice, I will be forced to take legal action in order to assert our rights.
Pending a response from you, we ask you, Ladies and Gentlemen, to accept the expression of our best feelings. NB.

La mise à disposition par notre société d'une équipe de Taxis indépendants, composée de 15 unités et appartenant à notre flotte et gérée par notre société, au service de votre unité hôtelière Four Seasons Tunis, pour les besoins de vos clients en taxis 24h/24 24 et 7J/7 et nous avons établi une Tarification après approbation de votre responsable Monsieur Mohamed Saiid qui était le responsable du côté de l'hôtel à l'époque, pour les différentes destinations sur le grand Tunis.
La conciergerie de l'Hôtel Four Seasons Tunis nous contacte par le Biais de l'application WHATSUP pour passer des commandes de taxis pour les besoins de vos clients et nos opérateurs et opératrices contactent un de nos taxis, qui sont généralement stationnés aux alentours de votre unité, et l'envoi à votre client de ou vers votre Hôtel.
En contrepartie l'Hôtel Fours Seasons aura droit à une commission de 20%, qui sera versée mensuellement, sur le Chiffre d'affaire des services réalisés par nos taxis.
Un de nos taxis est chargé de contrôler les flux des commandes sur le terrain.
A chaque début de mois, la société Cercina Fleet Sarl ; envoi par courrier électronique, un historique détaillé (dates de commande, adresses de départ, destinations et montant de la course selon la tarification préétablie) des différents services qui ont été exécutés tout au long du mois passé par nos taxis, pour vérification et validation par les services de conciergerie de l'hôtel.
Sur le montant global du chiffre d'affaires des services réalisés, votre hôtel perçoit 20 % de commission.
Ce montant est versé à chaque début de mois auprès de la Direction Financière de votre Unité à Tunis qui nous a remis un reçu et une facture en bonne et due forme.
Ceci a duré depuis Août 2020 au 30 mars 2022 et pendant toute la durée de la pandémie de corana virus (Covid 19).
Le 30 mars 2022 un différend entre deux de nos taxis a éclaté et une plainte a été déposée auprès de service de poste de police de la région de la marsa et ce dernier a convoqué le Director of Safety & Security, Safety & Security de l' hôtel en la personne de Monsieur Khaled Telli pour se faire expliquer et/ou se faire justifier la tarification que les taxistes appliquaient et de la commission de 20 % que l'hôtel percevait auprès de nous.
Nous avons contacté le même jour, soit le 30/03/2022, par téléphone, votre responsable de sécurité qui nous a convoqués à une réunion en urgence dans votre hôtel et c'en présence de Madame Fadia Mokadmi Chef Concierge, Rooms de l 'Hôtel Four Seasons. Et nous sommes arrivés à ce qu'un contrat écrit et sera signé entre nos deux sociétés, soit établi et il a chargé Madame Fadia Mokadmi Chef Concierge, Rooms de l'Hôtel Four Seasons de le préparer. Chose que nous avons réclamé par mail à deux reprises durant la première quinzaine du mois d'avril 2022.
Vers la fin du mois d'avril 2022, Madame Fadya Mokadmi nous informa par téléphone que rien ne sera changé et que nous continuerons à comme travailler avant.
Ceci dit, Historique chaque début du mois, vérification et validation des cours par vos services, paiement du montant des commissions revenant à l'hôtel par le biais de notre société, chaque début du mois et facture délivrée par la Direction Financière.
Le 27 juillet 2022, un de nos taxis et responsable sur le terrain, s'est fait interdire l'accès à l'hôtel sans lui donner les raisons de cette interdiction, ce dernier nous a contacté pour nous informer et suite à cela nous avons essayé en temps réel de prendre contact avec le responsable de sécurité mais ce dernier était injoignable. Mais voilà après quelques heures, il nous envoya un SMS par lequel il nous informe qu'il est malade et en clinique et que nous pouvons avoir une réunion le lundi 01/08/2022.
Quelque heures après, il nous envoie un courrier électronique par lequel il nous informe que le contrat moral entre nos deux identités est résilié et ne sera plus en vigueur et que notre collaboration était illégale.
Ci-après ses écritures que vous les retrouvez dans le mail qu'il nous a traduit :
« Pour conclure, la décision de la direction générale de l'hôtel et d'arrêter la relation de service illégale qui a durée un certain temps important avec notre hôtel et c'est une décision sans retour.
»
Alors, nous avons réclamé la restitution intégrale de toutes les sommes de commissions que nous avons remises à l'hôtel depuis août 2020 à juin 2022 puisque notre relation est illégale.
Le 01/08/2022 ; Monsieur Mohammad Soboh Directeur adjoint des chambres de l'hôtel, nous convoque à une réunion pour le 02/08/2022 à 16h00 (HL) dans votre hôtel.
Etaient présente Messieurs Mohammad Soboh Assistant Director of Rooms et Khaled Telli Director of Safety & Security, Safety & Security .
Après discussion qui a durée 50 minutes, Nos deux interlocuteurs (Messieurs Mohammad Soboh et Khaled Telli) confirment la résiliation du contrat moral et nient catégoriquement que l'hôtel reçoit des commissions de notre société que nous avons toujours refusé sur le compte de l'Hôtel et dont nous nous appliquons de toutes les pièces originales et justificatives dans ce sens à savoir :
- Tous les historiques à partir du mois d'août 2020 au 30/06/2022 ; que nous envoyons régulièrement au service de conciergerie de l'hôtel sur l'adresse mail suivante : fadia.mokadmi@***.com;
- Tous les reçus des versements des commissions que nous avons effectués à compter du 01/08/2020 au 30/06/2022 signés et portant le cachet de votre hôtel ;
- Toutes les factures signées, tamponnées et délivrées par la Direction financière à compter du 01/08/2020 au 31/03/2022
- Toutes les correspondances avec messieurs khaled Telli et Mohamed Soboh parents à nos réclamations au sujet du contrat ;
- Le mail de résiliation du contrat délivré de la part du responsable de sécurité de l'hôtel Four Seasons
Notre demande est la suivante :
Puisque la résiliation du contrat était unilatérale et sans préavis et que la relation professionnelle qui nous « Liaient » est hors les lois, nous demandons la restitution intégrale des commissions versées par notre société à l'hôtel durant la période citée ci-dessous (pièces jointes à l'appui).
Le non-respect des obligations nous liant nous impose cette mise en demeure.
Nous vous enjoinons, de ce fait, à régulariser le contentieux mentionné ci-dessous
Dans le cas où vous ne réagiriez pas à cette mise en demeure, je me verrais contraint d'entreprendre une action en justice, afin de faire valoir nos droits.
Dans l'attente d'une réponse de votre part, nous vous prions, Messieurs, Mesdames les responsables, d'agréer l'expression de nos sentiments les meilleurs.

I left glasses at 4 seasons in Cairo. Have been trying to get them back for weeks.
Jumping through many hoops. Even opened my own fedex account and emailed them the labels.

We got scammed for $4000.00
We got scammed for $4000.00. Promised free airline tickets for coming to listen.
We, of course, never got any tickets. It is an on going scam in that you pay a $250 a year membership fee. The resorts, if you look on tripadvisor are not high rated resorts, but sub-standard lodging. I usually can spot a scam, but they are slick.
Promising you much, delivering nothing. I would warn anyone against going to hear their false presentation and empty claims.
We have called them several time concerning the free air line tickets and were told they were not responsible for that, but another entity. I hope I can save one person from wasting their $ by reading this.

Frayed Towels Review
We checked in to the Four Seasons Hotel in Whistler BC. The towels in our bath were frayed.
I stay at Four Seasons because I like quality. This one is a disappointment.

Stay away from this place!!! They want you to pay $7,000 for a package with a $700.00 yearly fee.
So that is all you need to know about what they want. Most of the reviews are bogus and from the shady sales people. They promise gifts and do not deliver; they were rude if you do not sign-up for their vacation packages. I went 12/7/2012 to the presentation.
If you get caught in this SCAM go to http://ehome.uspis.gov/fcsexternal/default.aspx for Mail Fraud Complaint form. I am given them a chance to make things right before I unleash the dogs. I have done this once before for false advertisement via mail. The US Postal Inspection Service gets all parties involved including the sales staff.
I got a call from Phoenix, Arizona to make sure I show up, I guess that might be considered crossing state line hmm... The speaker in the presentation was rude to my wife about a question she asked, “How often has the maintenance fee gone up?” He said something to the effect; “That question was not appropriate for this presentation”. The $500 dollar shopping spree is another joke on me. Let’s understand the $100.00 gas voucher send the receipt and a self-address stamped envelope to receive the rebate, which is limited to $10.00 a month up to $100.00; spend $1.00 + time to get $9.00 a month for ten months, which has a 8 to 10 month delivery delay.
The “$500.00 Shopping Spree Coupons” spend $90.00 to receive a $5.00 discount coupon and only major credit cards can be used. Four Seasons Resort is definitely a bait-and-switch and is a form of fraud, most commonly used in retail sales but also applicable to other contexts. An email quote from Mr. RC (Randy) Baker, I do not work for Four Seasons beyond consulting work and working with member related issues.
Why respond if you do not have a stake in it.
Also, I should be hearing back on the mail fraud soon. I am not going away and I will continue telling truth even though the lies about the gifts are being spread.
Extremely un-friendly staff
Extremely un-friendly staff. They always talk to each other and neglect the guests. Even when they are serving you they keep talking to each other showing that the guest is not their main interest. A bunch of their staff are always gathered in the lobby in a gangster way, checking out guests laughing out loudly, high fiving each other…etc.
I have been in the four seasons in 15 different countries and all had a wonderful customer service but Amman Four Seasons has been an extremely un-pleasant experience. Moreover, Two of the staff were fighting in front of my room, shouting at each other calling names to each other in a very high and aggressive voice.
I really think Four seasons should take a serious action towards its employees in Amman to be more customer oriented rather than treating the guests as least priority and the conversation that they are always having is the main focus.
Solarium or Fish Tank
I live in Montreal, Quebec,Canada, and I purchased a solarium from Four Seasons Solarium 8 years ago. After the first few years it started to leak. I tried to repair the problem, but it pesisted. My installer developed cancer and had to close shop. I then contacted Four Seasons Solarium three years ago and due to rain, hot weather, cold weather etc. I know find out that the warranty is not good because only the original installer holds the warranty. Therefore if your installer closes shop you are out of luck. So the franchise in Ottawa, Ontario sends me a quote for $3000.00 plus taxes based on the pictures I sent, which has to be paid for in advance. Having said all that, don't buy from Four Seasons Solariums. The " limited warranty " is very limited. They do not stand behind their product. I have had to replace two floors ruined by water in the solarium. I will intall a new one but it will be anyone elses.

All on line nurseries including four seasons, gardeners choice
I learned the hard way, now get this. I ordered some plants on line from house of wesley nusery. I ordered another time from who I thought house of nursery. all of the plants died or did not make it thru the summer. I found that there are 5 nurseries at the same address and used same type of litature and packaging. they will not refund the money but will let you get credit and they will resend you replacements, but if they dont make it, thats it. so good look if the replacements live. Get this. burgess nursery and plant address is 905 four seasons rd. Bloomington, Ill. Four seasons nursery is located at 1706 Morrissey dr. Bloomington, Ill 61704. WOW!! NOW, I find that gardeners choice do not even list their physical address on their website.

advice, Always question business, including financial, especially on line. and if u do get stung, in addition to filing against the seller, also file a complaint with your credit card company, if you are serious to them, the cc company will investigate and will put the credit back on your card including the s&h companies will inflate the
S&H after all, these companies. these on line companies probably do not lose a dime, due to their quote "handling" cost. In most cases they will break even and u have the additional cost of mailing the dead plants back to them. It is this type of behavior of businesses that will further this countries advancement to socialism.

Four Seasons Hotel Run by Thugs
I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel in Westlake Village, CA. It was my fist time at one of their properties and will without question be my last! I had my 3/4 ton truck and an enclosed trailer. When I got there, I could not see anywhere to park the rig, so I parked across the street. I walked up and asked the Valet where I could park and he had no clue. We asked two more valets and none had any idea. I asked both doormen who were as clueless as the valets. I then asked the guy that helped with my luggage and he had no clue. So I went to the front desk and asked the desk clerk if the hotel had parking for my rig and pointed out the window to show him my truck and trailer. He said We have plenty of parking for RV and trailers. So I checked in and when we were done, asked for directions on where to park. He pointed out the front window at a security gate and said pull in there and there is loads of parking. I asked how to get the gate opened and he said just slide your room key. So I followed his instructions. I drove up to the security gat and slid my key card and drove through the gate. Just after the trailer cleared the gate, the road made a sharp left turn and went into a parking garage with an overhang that had an 8' clearance. Guess what? My trailer is more then 8' high. So there i was stuck in the middle of a turn, unable to go forward or backward. It took a considerable amount of time to inch back and forth having to jackknife the trailer in both directions constantly to get out. I had to jump the curb several times. When all was said and done, my trailer was dented in the front on both sides, one rear wheel was bent and the bearing cracked, and the electrical cable sheared in half. I then asked the security guard who was just standing there watching all this where i could park and his directions turned out to be almost as worthless. I finally found a spot on my own and parked. I got out of the truck and took two steps before another security guard ran up and said i could not park there. I asked where I could park and he had no idea. So I said "you know what, it is staying right here!", and walked away.
Well that night was my reunion with my old high school buddies that I had not seen in 37 years. Seven of them came back to my room and we started to play poker like the old days. This was at 9:30Pm. We were loud, no question. But since nobody complained, we figure the rooms next to us were empty. We had just ordered $200 of room service when there is a pounding on the door and a security guard demanding that everyone leave. No warning of any kind, just get out. We said we would be quiet and if we could just finish our food, then we would break it up. The guy said no everyone out! We asked for the manager, who backed up the security guard. I then called the next morning and asked for the general manager. He was unavailable. So I checked out. He called a few hours later and I relayed both experiences to him. He totally backed up the night manager and said we did not deserve a warning and ignored the trailer incident altogether. So I wrote the President of Four Seasons Hotels, relaying my story and saying how the hotel manager treated me. His response was to kick back my letter to the same hotel manager who then called and treated me like I was a criminal and denied that the desk clerk ever told me to park behind the security gate. I wrote the president again and the response was he turned it over to his lawyer.
I don't know about any of you, but I would not expect this kind of treatment from a Motel 6, let alone a so called 5 star hotel. I would rate them as a minus 5 star in customer service. It may be a pretty and fancy looking place with nice rooms, but they treat you like a criminal not a guest. To sick a lawyer on me and lie about what happened, is what I would expect from a dump in South Central, not the Four Seasons. It seems that no matter how fancy a place is; it can still be run by thugs!

I agree with advancing our country to socialism. The abuse of our country's corrupt system of the rich basic stealing from the poor is going to push our country into revolution the likes of what's happening in third world countries.
Maybe not in my lifetime but its coming. And this is certainly a perfect example.
