Onboarding issues left unresolved
- - Lack of accountability between Fountain and GoPuff on hiring.
- - Veho accepts uploads; Fountain platform flags license, insurance and selfie mismatch.
Even though Fountain is responsible for the hiring process for GoPuff, neither company seems to want to take responsibility for the process having issues. I’m just trying to upload my documents.
What’s crazy is that on the Veho platform, Fountain had no problem with the documents being uploaded.
It says that my driver’s license is expired and my insurance is not valid. Also, my selfie doesn’t match my license.
