Resolve Funds Hold
A funds hold were put on my savings account which created a hardship for my wife and I with our current housing situation the agent that helped resolve this issue were very knowledgeable,friendly and kind.
Your ATM stole my debit card
- - Card stuck in ATM after a failed read and out-of-service message, not returned and no contact number visible.
I was at the ATM in woodruff sc at food Lion I put my debit card in to withdraw money the ATM said failed to read and said please take my card and try again but my card never came out then it said that the ATM was out of service and my debit card is still in the machine its rediculous too that theres no number to call on them in case of an accident like this

I reported and discussed fraud on my account and Founders did not block it. And my account is off balance again.

Rejected Mortgage Loan Extension/Modification
- - I have 11 years with them and was never late.
- - Late payment after an extension; they refused to move it to the end and prefer foreclosure.
I am a longtime member and have had a mortgage with them for 11 years and never been late. Suddenly I'm out of work for 3 months and NO income.
As soon as I got a job I asked them for a one month extension. At this point I was late one payment. I was able to keep current had they moved the one payment to the end of the loan as I had gotten employment. They REFUSED and the reason they gave was because I was one month behind.
Well, DUH!!!!!!!!!!
They PREFER to foreclose!! I will be looking to move everything as I can't stand the sight or mention of them any more. Got no empathy or assistance whatsoever from them.
They are FORECLOSURE FREAKS.
Stay away from them for mortgages as you never know when you might be laid off or out of work for a while and you will get NO assistance or sympathy from them. If you don't pay up, they are going to FORECLOSE irregardless of your circumstances, even if you are able to pay and just behind a month.
