Horrible customer service just had 400 taken out of my account that I didnt authorize on Friday evening I noticed at 730 so I try calling and they are closed till Monday finally able to make a dispute Monday just did talk to them on the telephone and let me tell you this bit** basically said aint *** I can do but file a dispute that Ive already done but she cant find in the file so ask to speak with supervisor then she hangs up call back lady answers I ask if she was the one that just hung up on me and and she said she hasnt hung up on anyone today like its a normal practice of theirs Im so pissed and with each day passing the harder its going to be to get back

After several phone calls and complaints Found.com never returned my $65.00 deposit. Their customer service is horrendous so I had no choice but to close my account and take the loss of money.
