I purchased a pair of Foster Grant reading glasses for $27.99 at Walgreens. I was cleaning the glasses, and the screw just popped out, and the 30 days for returns to the store are over.
The glasses were purchased on January 31, 2026. Is there a way I can get a replacement?

Broken sunglasses
- Foster Grant sunglasses from Walmart: ear piece fell off on second wear; can't be repaired.
- Second pair in a year with the same issue.
I bought foster grant black sunglasses at Walmart recently and second time wearing the frame ear piece just fell off and cannot repair. This is my second pair in year that did this. I do not keep this receipt and am just disappointed.

Purchased reading glasses snapped part
- Glasses snapped in half at the screw; no solution from Foster Grant rep Carl.
- They cost about $30 and last around four months.
I was cleaning my glasses and they fell apart just snapped in half by the screw. I have the screw.
I was calling Foster Grant and speaking with someone named Carl and the phone must have disconnected, but there was no solution to my problem. Right now I would say dont buy a product for $30 almost and they only last about four months and youre only using them to read.

I can't get anywhere with any one. I tried to call and then they hung up on me after they, the automated system, was done talking.

l can't understand why it is so difficult to get a response. I really love my Foster Grant sunglasses and am missing a piece.
Broken
Both pairs or my new foster grant reading glasses have broken..left arm on both pairs fell off...I am quite disappointed as the old ancient pairs lasted years while new ones last months

They're no longer shipping products to Canada and won't honour warranties from Canada either anymore
- They won't ship to Canada.
- They won't honor warranties for products shipped to Canada.
- Ordering from Canada on their site does nothing.
Unresolved
Their employee Bernard just informed me that they won't ship any products to Canada anymore and they won't honour warranties from products previously shipped to Canada either anymore even though their products are still sold in stores here. If you try to order products on their website from a location in Canada, nothing happens.
If you live in Canada, they don't want to do business with you anymore. I urge anyone out there who wants to help me to contact the company at the address and phone number above and tell them to provide product and warranty service to Canada again.
BUYER BEWARE!
