I needed a return label and I never had so much trouble trying to print one off
Very complicated procedure, not user friendly at all. Finally talked to someone, she hooked me up with Answerone or something like that and they charged me &47.00 to do nothing.
I want that cancelled now!
We finally called another number and the lady there was able to give me an address to return the item too. I will never deal with Fossil again!
