I Bought the model F19828p , 3 months ago . The camera has went down 34 x's in that span . I have 31 man hours on the phone with this ignorant, smart mouthed , lying , and extremely disrespectful staff , in the 3 month span!!! Each support member attempts to fix the previous staffs ignorance !!! They have messed up my computer 5x's , and I had to pay even more money , to get it repaired . The sales staff lied about the Camera , from the start !!!!!!!!! This surveillance camera is supposed to record motion detection on my computer cd ROM , and it doesn't !!! IT only sends you snap shot emails , and in turn , they lied about the recording while the camera is in motion !!!! All of these complaints about this company , and its staff ( all departments) are certainly True !!! When you ask nicely to speak to someone who speaks ENGLISH better , these people get SMART MOUTHED WITH YOU , and will put you on hold for a long time , and if you get another representative , their English speaking skills , are even worse !!!!! While attempting to resolve this cameras issues , you can hear the staff in the back ground , laughing and making fun of you as a customer !!!!!!!!! These disrespectful SKUM BAGS , are too *** TO REALIZE THAT , EVERY TIME THE REPRESENTATIVE from FOSCAM speaks to you ,that every time the SUPPORT STAFF talks , you can hear the other *** , in the background , and what they are saying !!!!!!!! I finally decided to record my conversations with these non professional idiots , including their ID #'s , and I will be filing a FEDERAL COMPLAINT with the U.S ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE , and see if Federal charges can be filed against FOSCAM !!!!!!! I only wanted my camera to do it's described job , and what I got was belittled , Dis respected , made fun of , and humiliated !!!!! I received over 4,000(x's 3 pictures per email) emails from this camera that was just bugs flying around it , no matter what sensitivity level , it was set on !!! Even upon deleting these emails , it has eaten up the space on my hard drive disc . The only way to clean this off the computer drive , is to pay another company to clean it up , no matter what you try yourself !!!!!! 34 days in 3 months this camera has knocked itself off line !!!!It is all do to poorly trained , and disrespectful , language barrier, SMART *** !!!! PEOPLE LIE , phone records , and VIDEO Recordings DOESN'T !!!! Take THAT 4 YOUR QUALITY TRAINING PURPOSES , FOSCAM!!!!! BUYER BEWARE WITH FOSCAM , unless you are a confrontational *** , like this INCOMPETENT STAFF !!!!!!! One last thing ,read the companies reviews , on their products . They accepted my negative review , but didn't show it !!!! It was a nicer Review than this . Pay attention the the positive reviews , and the way they are worded . It looks to me like the broken ENGLISH might be a little suspect !!!!!!! Forget getting a replacement , or refund, too !!!! Been their , and tried that too , hours and hours of automated run around !!!!!!!!! They figure you will give up , and you as the customer , will be ripped off by this company , in my opinion !!!!!!!!!! FOSCAM can retaliate, and or respond to this COMPLAINT , all they want to , but they cant lie or DEFEAT , THE TRUTH !!!!!!!!! I suggest that all consumers record their sessions with this company , and others like it , to protect YOURSELF !!!!!!!!! Then maybe you can get what you paid for , not to mention home safety with a Quality Surveillance SYSTEM !!!!!!!!!!
I have 4 foscam cameras and have never had a bad exterience with the camera or tech support.
Wow. Have had nothing but perfect customer service from their reps.
Both online chat and live on the phone. I have had a few cameras replaced under warranty as well with very little effort on my part.
