DO NOT return there email of saing there faxes!!!!

DO NOT sign a thing or reply to an email. they are dodgy and thrive on you not knowing what is in fine print. I signed to order some HP toner and found out 3 months later I singed for an on going delivery. Once I realized I was scammed I stopped buying off them. Soon after I had a different department complain about the same thing!! In an email they replied to was fine print about an ongoing order. Not to mention we received compatible generic toner when we clearly ordered HP! They tell you it's free delivery and it isn't and 30 days my ***. calls after 7 days and threats after 14. DO NOT BUY OFF THESE GUYS!!!!

Great Service....................

Our company has been getting are cartridges from Forward Office Supplies now for many years. We have found them very professional and they call us to see if we require more cartridges. Recently I needed some urgently like same day service, not only did I receive them but the young gentleman that I dealt with rang me to make sure they had arrived..........couldn't do much better than that. Thumbs up for Forward Office Supplies !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not sure why you are getting negative reviews maybe its the person not the company they are dealing with. Also their pricing is great, I get calls all the time especially from someone with an American accent wanting to sell me compatible cartridges which we had a bad experience with previously, now this guy if sooooooo rude - we only deal with Canon Cartridges.

These guys are scammers

We have multiple offices, and they called me at the head office about changing the status of an ink order from "urgent to hold" (that we never ordered in the first place) for one of our regional ones. I naively replied with a "yes, that's fine" and unfortunately forgot to follow up with our regional office manager about whether he was waiting for an order or not. In a month's time we get a big order of ink that we never asked for and were forced to pay for. Upon further investigation, these guys had been pestering that office for the past 6 months and been repeatedly told that we weren't interested in their services. Morale of the story is, if they call you, make sure you check everything these scammers say, and NEVER reply to an email, otherwise you'll end up with a product you don't want and a bill that you don't need.

Last complaint is rubbish

The guy who wrote the other review went broke owing us hundreds of dollars and tried to scam us for free toner. He has opened up a number of other companies under different names and scammed many other small businesses as well. I have emailed and called this website on numerous occasions and asked them to take it down and they have done nothing. This review on us is invalid and incorrect from a *** artist and should never have been put up in the first place and we never even had a chance to say our part. We are a small business who do our utmost to supply great service. In 10 years we have had only 1 bad review and its from this *** man that costs us money as people read the reviews and take it as gospel

Actually the guy who wrote the review was spot on.

You are nothing but a scam company, you trick people onto signing fake order forms, you take advantage of employees who answer the phone by getting them to agree to an order that was never made.

You hire backpackers who read sales scripts written to trick people. You call unsuspecting companies pretending to be a government survey or similar, you find out what printers etc they have and then you start your *** with the fake orders.

That's just a few of your dodgy practices, there are many more!

Kingsley Palmer and Karen Phillips, you might pretend to be respected, honest business people but you are a couple of scammers

Forward Office Supplies in Coorparoo, Brisbane are dodgy and rude.

These office people are so dodgy and rude it is unbelievable. Their products are expensive and their recommendations are not right. The staff are the rudest people imaginable. They treat their customers with contempt and do not do the right thing by people, or by the law. Do not do business with them! They are dishonest, and you would be better off taking your money to the big companies, like Officeworks. They ripped me off with an expensive product, which wasn't even the right product for the job. They are an appalling business, and it's a wonder they are still in business with their awful attitude.

As with Gareth, despite being asked to remove our number from their call list on numerous occasions Forward Office Supplies continue to ring our business on a regular basis, I was advised that they do not have a call list, their staff are provided with a printout of numbers from the web and told to ring each one.

A previous office assistant ordered a set of toners from this company, they then proceeded to deliver a full set of toners every month (we are lucky to go through a full set in 3 months), when I started working here, I discovered a cupboard full of unused toners, I rang Forward Office Supplies to cancel the delivery and was told that it wouldn't be possible as we had a contract. I searched our records and found no record of any contract.

They only gave up sending toners when I asked them to send me a copy of the signed contract... which of course they couldn't.

I have Forward Office Supplies ringing me and harassing me to buy their toner for months now. I have told them time and again I never ordered the products and I do not want them.

They keep bothering me. We are based in Sydney we do not want their toners.

They are just bullies. They will not take no for answer

I have NEVER had a problem with Forward Office Supplies. Delivery is ALWAYS next day and the Staff are very helpful.

And if I ever have a problem with any of the Toners, they PICK it up and SWAP it over straight away.

I have been using Forward Office Supplies for about 2 years and I've never had a single problem with them. Delivery always on time and they're prices are really great.

Staff are really nice and friendly and I will continue going through them

I too aggree they are dodgy and extreamily rude. They have ripped us off on products that we returned to them as was wrong product- they took 4 onths to issue a refund and have not given the full refund also.

The staff are so rude and obnoxious.

WOuld not recommend dealing with them at all

I have been hassled for weeks to order from this company and after much hesitation agreed. i was assured an overnight delivery - still have not received anything.

I have tried to phone the company - no answer goes to a message bank and have emailed and to no surprise have not had a response.

BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

After using Forward for the last 3 years to supply our laser toner needs, I have nothing but praise for the way they handle a difficulty. There prices are very good, their delivery is quick and the staff couldn't be more helpful. I guess they can't help everybody though and there is always 2 sides to a story.

Another vote of thanks is that they never pester me with call after call of 'do you need more?'
