At 4515 Lindell Blvd Apartments, St Louis MO 63108: the 96% white male employees/contractors (some don't speak English) are repeatedly stealing, invading privacy and stealing in the kitchen of tenants paying MARKET rates. Whenever the onsite Owner- Harry Katz (NEVER wears a mask) is confronted, he says they're doing inspections. These *** men are doing DAILY inspections and smoking Cigarettes in African Americans apartments and MOST of them don't ever wear masks or gloves = Covid19. The building corridors have NO ventilation (they won't open the lobby windows), there's constant choking horrible food odors throughout the entire property; you can't breathe just walking to and from the Lobby or elevator. This is why STL has persistent positive Covid-19 cases. These apts are 60% overpriced.

User's recommendation: Don't WASTE your money.
