No customer service response

I've had 3 tall containers of Fortero shampoo leak out and couldn't get anyone from customer service to respond. Company replaced 1 .

I've bought 5 or 6 since then and 2 more tall cans leaked all of shampoo out.

Minoxidil didn't help at all!! I like your shampoo but I can't afford to buy products that leak!

I did not purchase the item money didected the money from my athey deducted the money

They deducted the money from account with out my permission.in one word I didnt buy the item.customer service not good and the call not connecting to customer service.I want them to return my money back.
