some things arent working, maybe if you send me an email to load fortect on my pc with the number u gave me to get in, everyth right work again, sal cucchiara 347 737 ****, problems with registry, app files, cache and office apps, i deleted fortect on my pl but when I downloaded it again, it never went to my desktop so I can keep clicking when I need it.

license key (1: 024083*-***9-45***-*frh4)goo till aug 30, 2025 but not accepted on new computer. that is i launched fortect app on new computer and it scanned unit then asked for license so i entered product license from my old computer and it barfed. presently waiting for a reply from customer service on how to resolve this so i can get on with my business
Preferred solution: resolution so i can get fortect repair on my new computer, if not then i desire to cancel product and get a refund as my license is valid until Aug 2025

I had to buy a new PC and I had Fortect on my old one. The licence doesn't run out until January 2026.
