I sent an email to the bank today with my review attached and I went to the corporate website and posted review, needless to say it has disappeared. I will be file a complaint with Consumer Protection
I opened an account with this bank around November of 2019 and it has been *** ever since. Not long after I opened the account I tried to deposit a check by mobile banking but was denied and thats when Covid was raging. I went to the branch bank and I made the comment that I wished I had read the reviews before I opened the account. The teller whose name I believe was Deidra immediately said that she was closing the account and she did.
My social security check would soon be deposited and I told her not to do that. I came home and called the main branch and talked to a lady named Robin Miller and she took care of it and put my overdraft protection back on my account. Ms. Miller is no longer with the bank and probably to honest.
My check has been at the bank but they still would over draft my payment or else send my payment back. The start of a new year wasnt good, they took over half my check and took away my overdraft protection away. My electricity was cut off today and left me scrambling trying to get the funds to turn it back on. Im at the point of getting an attorney and start a class action lawsuit against them.
I cant believe Walmart would allow this bank to do business in their stores.
I forgot to mention that I had paid my electric bill with a check and they returned that check causing my electricity to be turned off yesterday. It left me begging charities

I have to keep the account open until I get my check. I filed a complaint with the Tenn State attorney general and they have forwarded it to the appropriate agency. I will know more after the first of February
I called customer service and the young lady told me that not to overdraft for one full day and the suspension would be lifted and I did as she directed. A few days ago I received another letter and called customer service and didnt get such a nice person who blatantly lied.
My SS check was posted on 12/01/22 and on December 16 , 2022 another letter was posted that I had been in over draft 45 days. What those people do not understand I am 73 years old and they can be charged with financial elder abuse and I am filing a complaint with Consumer Affairs.

Preferred solution: My overdraft protection back because I have bills to pay

They're online check depositing is a scam!!!!!
They're online check depositing is a scam, they will put a 7-Day hold on your checks that is seven working days, which ends up being about 10 regular days, they will offer you a chance to buy out early on that for $15 after seven regular days I will do this check after check after check, until you get pissed and start asking questions and then they going to report you saying that you're a business and that you can no longer submit checks for online deposits! The customer service in their branches is great!
But they're online banking is actually a scam don't go for it buyer beware!!! Do not use this Bank!!

Unautherized withdrawals
Several Auto Withdrawal from a Soc. Sec.
Part D Company has led to bank charge and fees. FSNB did not put a hold or freeze on the account dispute numerous contacts. They did redeposit withdrawals but not the bank charges for overdraft fees and that caused other items to not be paid. They finally did two day to late remove the fees of the Part D unauthorized charges but since a freeze was not place we are held liable for the other OD fee.
Also since the part B wasn't paid now she will lose her part B coverage. FSNB is as bad as the Welcare. They purchased Aetna and we spent 14 hours talking to people in India that don't have a clue with CVC / Welcare. Fricken Disaster.
I am about to report to FBI and every agency there is. Sharon has a Venus Sinus Thrombosis and if anything happens to her through no fault of hers I will purse this till *** Freezes Over.

I've been a customer of FSNB for 5 months now with direct deposit and they've done nothing but put these ridiculous charges charged after charge after. Knowing that you go to the ATM on a Friday you take the money out of your account from the ATM it automatically withdraw from your account right at least that's how it used to be and then you'll have ridiculous overdraft fees because they say all the ATM doesn't post your account till 5 days after I've never heard of that in my life there a bunch of crooks I'm your customer they should be taking care of me I've tried to request for several things not to be paid that were unauthorized charges and they just they won't do it they just charge the customer they're Crooks
